Terms of service
The terms for using TGTHR
Effective 29 October 2026. By creating an account or using TGTHR, you agree to these terms.
The service
TGTHR provides a conversation-first workspace for AI chat, sourced research, design documents and generated web apps. It is an early-release service: features, providers, limits and availability may change as the product develops.
You must be legally able to accept these terms and use the service in your location.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information and protect your password and provider keys. You are responsible for activity you authorise and for telling us if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not use another person’s credentials or content without permission.
Your providers and their charges
You supply your own AI provider keys and choose which providers and models perform work. Your provider agreements apply, and each provider bills the account behind its key directly. TGTHR does not resell model usage. Usage and cost figures shown in the workspace are estimates, not provider invoices or an exact cap on what a provider may charge.
Infrastructure and sandbox availability can also limit work. A task may stop when it reaches a configured limit or deadline.
Your content and generated output
You retain the rights you hold in content you upload and output created for you. You give TGTHR permission to process that material only as needed to provide and protect the service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and for reviewing generated code, research, designs and other output before relying on or publishing them.
AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Passing automated checks is useful evidence, not a guarantee that output is secure, accurate or fit for every purpose.
Acceptable use
Do not use TGTHR to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malicious code, attack or disrupt systems, evade provider restrictions, expose secrets, or process content you are not authorised to use. Do not try to access another account or bypass workspace, sandbox or service limits.
Builds and previews
Generated apps run in isolated sandboxes, and previews may sleep, expire or be rebuilt. Download and review anything you want to keep or deploy elsewhere. TGTHR does not publish your generated app as a production deployment for you.
Availability and suspension
We may change, limit or discontinue features, and may suspend access needed to protect users, the service or others, or to respond to a breach of these terms. You may stop using TGTHR at any time and can contact us about account or content deletion.
The service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date on this page shows the current version. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply from that date.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws in force in Australia. Mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law are not excluded. Questions about these terms can be sent to sychurchilly@gmail.com.
